Creed Developments
Creed Developments is founded upon a father’s legacy and a son’s passion for providing the highest quality homes in the south-east of England. We design and build new homes with your lifestyle in mind, focusing on creating a low maintenance, contemporary living experience.
Our expertise has been developed over decades of successful housebuilding and passed down from father to son. Colin Creed and his business partner Tony Hiller founded and nurtured Hillreed Homes from the early seventies until it was sold in 2012.
We want to create a beautiful home for you, whilst also caring for the environment, so we use only high-quality materials from sustainable sources, and modern building techniques to create homes with the optimum energy efficiency.
Whether you are a first-time buyer, downsizing, or looking to give your family the new home they deserve, we know that moving can often be a difficult time. So, we set our completion date early in our process, and aim to stick to it. From first viewing to completion we provide a seamless, and stress-free service.
Projects
Our houses are finished to a very high specification, including fully-fitted, best in class kitchen furniture, worktops, bathroom products and tiles. Reserving one of our properties in the early stages gives you the advantage of being able to choose colours and finishes for these products.
Every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty as standard.
